Meds AI

Terms of Use

The rules for using Meds AI, including subscriptions.

Effective date: September 29, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover your use of the Meds AI app, provided by Thamer Hannona ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Apple's Standard EULA

If you download Meds AI from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These Terms add to the Standard EULA. If they conflict, the Standard EULA controls where the law requires it. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.

2. Not medical advice

Meds AI is a reminder and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional. Side effect and interaction information and AI-generated results (such as text read from a label) are informational, may be incomplete or wrong, and must be checked by you. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions. Reminders depend on your device, its settings, and network connections, and may be delayed or not delivered. Don't rely on the app alone for time-critical or life-sustaining medication. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. Keep your login details safe, and make sure the information you enter is accurate. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@mymeds.site.

4. Care Team

You choose whom to invite to your Care Team and what you share. Caregivers must use shared information only to support you, and must keep it private. Missed-dose alerts are a convenience, not a guarantee, and don't replace checking in directly.

5. MyMeds+ subscription

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app. For example, don't try to access other people's accounts or data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it except as the law allows, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change, or stop features, and we may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome resulting from use of or reliance on the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, except where the consumer protection laws of your country of residence say otherwise.
